We are seeking experienced sales agents to represent Decor Grates. In this role, we want Agents to pursue new business opportunities in the flooring industry, HVAC, new home construction and retail markets. Agents need to close new business in a competitive selling market. Must have the ability to initiate interactive business conversations, create interest and build value with key decision makers.

The ideal candidates will possess 5+ years’ professional field selling experience and a proven ability to build a solid customer base through networking, relationship building and cold calling prospective clients.
